It generates a daily action list that prioritizes companies to apply to and assessment and interview preparation. After the applicant takes action, AI records progress and updates action status.

AI 根据上传的简历、实习与项目材料整理经历底库，核对来源和版本，并通过定向访谈补充个人分工与成果依据。每日定时结合经历底库和求职要求自动检索秋招岗位，核验岗位资格、地点与截止日期，生成包含优先投递公司、测评和面试准备的每日行动清单。按 R0 直接投、R1 轻改、R2 深改选择及定制简历，并准备面试回答、追问和公司研究。AI organizes uploaded resumes, internship and project material into an experience bank, checks sources and versions, and uses targeted interviews to clarify responsibilities and evidence. On a daily schedule, it automatically searches autumn recruitment roles using the experience bank and job search criteria, verifies eligibility, location and deadlines, and generates a prioritized list of companies to apply to, assessments and interview preparation. Resumes are selected and tailored at R0, R1 or R2 depth, alongside interview answers, follow-up questions and company research.

飞书看板集中管理今日行动、岗位池、投递记录、测评与面试、简历版本及重要日程。AI 回收实际反馈、更新本地状态，并通过同步与回读检查看板，安排后续行动。投递、测评和面试由本人完成，系统以确认反馈记录进展。The Feishu board brings together daily actions, roles, applications, assessments and interviews, resume versions and dates. AI collects actual feedback, updates local state, synchronizes and reads back the board, and plans next actions. The applicant completes applications, assessments and interviews; confirmed feedback determines recorded progress.
