面向城市片区与站城一体项目，设定资料归集、指标评价、优化建议和报告交付的产品框架。项目说明、调查报告与空间图层关联到同一项目，按指标定义和评分细则形成候选评分。评估界面展示材料依据与维度结果，可按需进行人工复核和评分修正。For urban districts and station–city projects, the product framework connects evidence collection, indicator evaluation, recommendations and reporting. Descriptions, surveys and spatial layers are associated with a project. Indicator definitions and scoring rules guide candidate scores. The evaluation interface shows evidence and dimension results, with optional human review and score corrections.
优化建议与报告交付Recommendations and reporting
优化界面支持目标分数、优化方向、低成本偏好和得分模拟。建议围绕具体指标呈现措施、项目证据、优化路径、成本与实施风险；报告汇集维度得分、指标明细、项目证据及优化建议，可在使用人工复核时保留相关记录，并提供导出选项。The optimization interface supports a target score, direction, low-cost preferences and score simulation. Recommendations address individual indicators with measures, evidence, implementation paths, costs and risks. Reports combine dimension scores, indicator details, project evidence and recommendations, with review records when human review is used, and export options.
